Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:  You have 14 days to return your unworn & undamaged item from my studio.  All returns are refunded via a Store Credit that will be emailed to you after I have processed your return.  I am a very small business and do not share the same refund policy as other large companies you may be familiar shopping with. 

• I only accept Returns from the USA, International Orders are not eligible for any Returns at this time.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and I do not provide pre-paid return labels.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, duties, taxes, etc.  
• I do not offer any exchanges or cancellations. 
• No returns are accepted on my couture studio designer originals.  These are considered FINAL SALE Items(Any item that Raven Vixen creates just for you). Should you receive a damaged item I will work with you on finding the best possible method to replace or fix your item. 
• Accessories are always final sale items with no returns. 
• Sample Sale Items are final sale items with no returns or exchanges made possible.
